There’s more evidence the Ring of Fire is starting to pick up steam.
Sault Ste. Marie and Sioux Lookout have been talking about creating a trans-load facility.
Under it, raw materials from the Ring of Fire would be trucked to Sioux Lookout and then transferred to rail to get them to a smelter.
The idea is one that NorOnt Resources, the largest player at the Ring of Fire, is aware of.
